Delete your OREBRON game account and the data linked to it, in the game or by email. This page covers every game published by OREBRON (Ozan Yıldız) on the App Store and Google Play.

01 / Two ways out

Pick the way that suits you.

Fastest

In the game

Open the game whose account you want to delete.
Go to Settings, then Account.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Signed in with Apple? Apple may ask you to confirm. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.

Can’t open the game?

By email

Note the game name and your device: iPhone, iPad or Android.
Copy your Player ID from the game’s Settings, if you can still see it.
Send us your request with those details.

Email a deletion request

We reply within 30 days. To make sure nobody else can delete your account, we may ask you to confirm from inside the game.

02 / What happens to your data

Clear about what goes,
and what has to stay.

Deleted for good

Your account identifier and its link to Sign in with Apple, Google, Game Center or Google Play Games.
Progress, Virtual Items and purchases saved to that account.
Player profiles, friends, leaderboard and match entries, where a game has them.

Kept only where the law requires

Purchase records, such as the transaction ID, product and date, for as long as Turkish tax and commercial law requires, up to 10 years.
Information needed for an open refund, dispute or fraud case, until it is resolved.
Your deletion email, for up to 12 months, as a record that we handled it.

Held by Apple and Google

Your Apple Account, Google Account, Game Center and Google Play Games profiles are managed by Apple and Google, not by us.
To stop using a sign-in with our games, open Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings, or Third-party apps & services in your Google Account.
Progress saved only on your device is removed when you delete the app.

Within 30 daysYour account and the data linked to it are deleted.
30 days laterAny remaining copies in backups are gone too.

03 / Before you go

Good to know.

It can’t be undone.

Your progress, Virtual Items and purchases are gone for good. Signing in again later starts a brand-new account.

Purchases aren’t refunded.

Deleting an account does not refund purchases. Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s rules, as described in our terms of use.

Only want some data removed?

Email us what you would like deleted. Where a game allows it, we will remove it and keep your account open.

Deleting the app isn’t enough.

It clears what is stored on your device, but your account stays until you delete it in the game or ask us to.
