# Moonlight Bakery Privacy

Last updated: 2026-10-06

This policy explains what information OREBRON’s Moonlight Bakery handles, why it is needed and how you can remove it. If the game’s data handling changes, we will update this page and the date above.

## Your bakery on your device

Your board, ingredients, recipes, production and cooking jobs, machines, coins, gems, experience, energy, day and level progress, orders, timers, streaks, quests, reward dates, decorations and tutorial progress are saved on your device. The player name and avatar you choose, and a random local profile identifier, are saved there too.

Your reduced-motion, sound and music volume, and vibration preferences are also saved on your device. Your game progress is not uploaded to OREBRON servers.

A small diagnostic log on your device records when the game starts and whether sign-in succeeded. It does not contain your account identifiers and is not sent to us.

## Sign-in

On iPhone and iPad, the game automatically creates an anonymous account with Firebase Authentication, a Google service, when it starts. This account does not include your name or email address. To create and maintain it, Firebase processes a random account identifier and technical information such as your IP address and device type.

You can choose Sign in with Apple in Settings to link your Apple Account to this anonymous account. Apple then shares a unique user identifier with Firebase, along with your email address or Apple’s private relay address if you allow it. Signing in is optional; you can play the whole game without it.

These identifiers are used only to provide sign-in, not for advertising.

## Purchases, ads and tracking

The game does not sell items for real money. Coins and gems are earned through play.

The game does not show ads, does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not sell your information. It does not use analytics or crash-reporting services.

The Firebase software can send Google anonymous diagnostics, such as device and operating-system type and the app’s bundle identifier, to help Google provide and improve its service.

The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, location, contacts or advertising identifier, and it does not send notifications.

## Your choices

You can change sound, music, reduced-motion and vibration preferences, as well as your player name and avatar, in the game’s settings.

Information saved on your device stays there until it is replaced or removed. You can remove it by deleting the app. Device backups may keep their own copies. Removing this data also removes your game progress.

To delete your account, open Settings in the game and choose Delete account. This deletes your Firebase account and the progress saved on your device; if you used Sign in with Apple, Apple may ask you to confirm first. Deleting the app alone does not delete your Firebase account. You can also contact us using the details below. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can stop using it with this game under Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings.
